I tried Podcast Alley's directory first, and although there are quite a lot of library-related podcasts, most of them seem to be a little too specific; they're tied to specific libraries that aren't libraries I use.
My second try was the NPR podcast directory, and there I hit paydirt. NPR has quite a lot of book-related podcasts, and they've even got a themed feed for them! Score!
Mind you, I still think the easiest way to find podcasts is just to go through the directory at the iTunes Store . . .
